The Executive Assistant is responsible for increasing the efficiency of the executive team by managing and overseeing a variety of day-to-day administrative support activities. Among other things, this individual will serve as a point of contact in managing calendars, scheduling meetings both internally and externally, facilitating corporate travel plans, and coordinating company events.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who has been out of college for 4+ years.
You will be the right hand person for the EVP!


Oversee the fulfillment of all administrative tasks for the executive team
Maintain executive team calendars, coordinate travel itineraries, manage and prioritize incoming issues addressed to the executive team including those of a sensitive/confidential nature
Accountable for tracking executive and petty-cash expenditures and submiting reports to Accounting in a timely manner
Manage and maintain appropriate inventory level of supplies for the corporate headquarters
Other duties as assigned

Strong proficiency in MS Office applications; specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
Strong analytical skills and the ability to establish priorities

  • BS/BA degree (Marketing or Business Admin preferred)
  • 3+ years progressive experience in an administrative discipline
  • Any previous work experience in a start-up high technology company is preferred.
