Our client, a creative start-up, within the advertising is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
Full calendar management for CEO
Scheduling and confirming appointments ; task prioritization
Manage full travel itineraries; including dining, lodging
Format, edit, proofread, prepare and transmit client deliverables. Maintain client and candidate communications through scheduling and prioritizing telephone and email communication.
Maintaining the accuracy, quality and integrity of all information in database
Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility by assimilating new information and adapting to changing situations.
Work on different projects as needed
Previous experience supporting a senior level executive within Financial Services Industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong logistical skills and exemplary time management/organizational skills
Motivated self-starter who is not afraid to ask questions
Friendly, outgoing manner and ability to work well with a variety of working styles and personalities
Expert proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
