The Executive Assistant (EA) at InMobi will be responsible for fully supporting the GM & the VP, Supply in the San Francisco region. This position requires initiative, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, ability to manage internal and external relationships, ability to work with senior executives and superb communication skills.

Key tasks include:
Calendar management – coordinate and fully manage internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings etc.

Fully Manage Expense reporting for the GM and VP, Supply end to end

Visa and travel arrangements (domestic and international) for the GM and VP, Supply

Own and Manage food orders, luncheon planning, etc. for the entire office

Travel plans for all visitors and guests, including housing, transportation/car service, etc.

Calendar management if required for guests and visitors

Food ordering and arrangements and reservations for all internal events and visitors

Be the InMobi visitor ambassador

Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.

Proven ability to manage projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines.

Use initiative and judgment within established guidelines.

Additional projects as needed

Responsible for all internal and fun events in the San Francisco and other NA offices as needed. Full cycle event planning and management.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.

Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (email and calendaring) skills.

Strong communication -- oral and written.

Available to reschedule/coordinate meetings/travel while out of the office as needed

Must provide support on additional projects as needed and backup the Office Manager when they are out of the office

Event Planning and Event Management experience.

Desired Skills:
Degree preferred but not required.

Previous experience supporting senior management.

2+ years of applicable administrative experience perferred.

Media experience preferred

Gmail/Gcal a plus
