This unique position will require a candidate who can create and oversee execution of a creative, fresh American regional menu that may serve up to 1000 guests a day. We are open for lunch, dinner and special events. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator and strong leader who can work with the culinary and management team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Strengths and qualifications:

Ability to oversee and organize all aspects of a high volume kitchen preparing lunch, dinner and special events
Inspired menu creation
Work and direct the culinary team through oversight and continuous training to ensure consistency, safety and timeliness
Scheduling/hiring/discipline/ terminations for BOH
Coaching and motivating
Financial understanding and ability to correct systems to meet or exceed established budget for food and labor costs as well as related expenses.
Level headed leader who is good under pressure
Ordering and monthly inventory
Organize and oversee prep and dish team
Clean, safe and guest friendly
Able to work weekends and holidays if required
Take part in required public relation events

Requirements:
Chef de Cuisine or higher certification preferred
5-10 years Leadership experience
Ability to work in high volume setting
