The Executive Director has executive ownership for managing multiple relationships (executive, sales, marketing, product development, support, and supply chain) within the Canadian market in order to achieve defined business goals. The successful candidate is a person who understands the business drivers that are important to customers in the wireless operator markets, and can articulate this in a way that forms a strategic vision and tactical plan which energizes the entire organization. He/She will have a track record of success in complex, multiyear sales to large, Fortune 100 companies.

Responsibilities :
  • Developing sales programs and tracking ROI

  • Continually reviewing and updating the Forecast and sell-through information

  • Leading quarterly business reviews

  • Setting up geographically-appropriate account management to support carrier business units

  • Ensuring supply chain metrics are being met

  • Hiring and managing a successful regional sales team

  • Ensuring customer support organizations are operating optimally

  • Accomplishing revenue and profit goals

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :
  • This person must be an entrepreneurial executive who thrives in a fast-moving environment and understands how to build an organization for the long term (proven experience in a must)

  • We prefer 10 – 15 years of national account experience

  • We are looking for Directors who have a reputation of collaborative management style, possessing the art of bringing team members and resources together quickly and effectively to produce win-win results. This takes particular skill in sales, consensus building, arbitration, and project management, making these essential requirements for the position

  • It is imperative to have exceptional presentation and written communication skills

  • This position will need an astute cultural sensitivity and the flexibility and aplomb to work effectively within a globally-run environment

  • Must have a proven record of customer development, relationship management, and sales

  • The ability and willingness to travel about 40% of your time

  • BA/BS required, Masters degree a plus
