Nurture and sustain the mission of "building partnerships to transform violence and oppression." Hold and nurture core CPT values while fostering a vision for global growth. 50% Donor Development

1. Raise funds and nurture worldwide donor relations.
2. Set measurable goals for funding targets and executive-level activities regarding organizational, financial, programatic, and communications areas.
3. Broaden, develop and maintain CPT's key global external relationships.
4. Local, regional and international grand writing.

30% Organizational Development

1. Provide leadership in CPT's strategic planning and organizational development: working with the Board and supporting the shift to an internationalization of CPT.
2. Work with the Chair of the Board in the formation of Board meeting agenda, meeting arrangements, staff presence, etc.
3. Direct development, implementation, and review of CPT policies.
4. Verify and authorize exceptions to CPT-wide practices.
5. Give leadership to the development of CPT's Undoing Oppressions process

20% Administrative Supervision

1. Provide leadership in recruitment, appointment, supervision and evaluation of managing directors and staff that coordinates admin and finances.
2. Provide for backup for the above staff members as needed during fieldwork, vacations, other absences, or times of high workload.
3. Oversee preparation of CPT's annual budget. Monitor income and expenses, balancing fiscal prudence and CPT's vision.
4. Take on additional duties as agreed.
