The Talent Acquisition Team at Healthways is a critical function whose purpose is to support organization's growth strategy. The team partners with internal leaders to determine talent needs, and develops and implements a proactive recruitment strategy to attract the best and brightest candidates to address those needs. Recruiters at Healthways play an active role in the achievement of organizational goals and objectives by ensuring that the right talent is in place at all times. We are currently seeking candidates to fill our Executive Director of Talent Acquisition role. The position will provide recruitment consulting expertise to various corporate customers and serve as the Talent Acquisition lead in driving the senior-level-leadership/executive recruitment process for the organization. This position will report to the SVP of HR, CHRO and will serve as a strong recruitment business partner to our HR Leadership team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner With the Business:

Serve as dedicated recruiter for senior-level leadership and executive positions across the organization. Partner with and support the CEO, CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and SVP of HR with the identification and selection of executive talent.

Develop and drive a successful selection process that ensures the best talent is identified at a pace that keeps up with company growth trajectory.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the business and current/future growth strategy.
·
Create effective talent pipelining and sourcing strategies to meet customer recruitment needs.
·
Build successful partnerships with Healthways Executive Search Firm partner to educate them on current and future state business strategy and talent needs. Responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the selection process with our external partners in order to meet talent needs.

Serve as Talent SME with HR Business Partners and HR Leadership Team.
·
Participate in the development of offer recommendations to include long-term incentive compensation and relocation as needed. Lead salary negotiations with candidates.
Support Recruitment Programs and Processes:
·
Leverage knowledge of recruitment best practices to assist the SVP of HR with the evolution and enhancement of talent processes, tools and programs.
·
Provide direction and guidance to other team members and serve as point of contact for recruitment vendors as needed in areas of relocation, background checks, visas/green cards and advertising/branding.

Manage relationships with external staffing vendors and partner with internal resources to manage internal contract/temporary labor recruitment process.
·
Provide expertise and support on development of employment brand, incorporating a strong focus on well-being.
·
Serve as mentor/coach to other team members. Develop strategies to assist team with overcoming recruitment challenges as well as provide industry best practice training/education to encourage on-going professional development.

Support and utilize talent acquisition systems to full capabilities as well as providing recommendations for future enhancements to improve talent capabilities.
·
Monitor performance of all recruitment sources to measure effectiveness and need for future use.
·
Ensure effective diversity recruitment strategy is utilized for all searches.
·
Partner with colleges/universities as well as local minority organizations to build the Healthways brand to assist with future recruitment needs.
·
Build strong networks locally and nationally through social media tools and groups/associations to assist in sourcing efforts.
Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of recruitment experience.
·
Executive recruitment experience is required.
·
People leadership experience is required.
·
Experience with executive compensation preferred.
·
Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
·
Experience with development of creative sourcing strategies, talent process improvement and talent program management.
·
Progressive, successful experience as an HR professional in a complex, fast-paced organization.
·
Experience and ability to interact and influence C-suite customers and executive candidates.
·
Experience creating targeted recruiting and retention strategies; developing and analyzing recruiting metrics; enhancing talent programs, expertise in internet sourcing methodologies and aligning recruitment strategies with the overall organization needs
·
Strong skills in leadership, customer and candidate relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication required.
·
Strong decision making skills required.
