The purpose of this position is to develop a comprehensive and strategic marketing plan for the organization in order to direct the various facilities' implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives that are established to promote and grow the Kingston brand and publically illuminate its multi-faceted Skilled Care, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care facilities.
Outstanding demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to develop, maintain, and effectively manage a professional newtwork. Must have attention to detail and efficiently track multiple priorities. Highly effective written and oral communication skills rfequired. Must be highly functioning with technology in order to track and analyze data, create and distribute written materials and use web-based applications to retrieve information, use training programs, and manage calendars/schedules.
Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred. Other educational backgrounds in conjunction with direct relevant past experiece will be considered. Five to ten years experience in marketing and digital media product development required.
