In this newly created role, we seek a leader who will be responsible for delivering exceptional value to our largest and most complex accounts. The ideal candidate will bring extensive healthcare industry experience with a proven track record of delivering innovative strategic and operational performance solutions to hospitals. This individual will serve as a senior delivery services advisor and subject matter expert within the revenue cycle, and will be accountable for serving members with multiple Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS) products. Internally, the Executive Partner will collaborate with colleagues to execute strategies for successful deployment of RCS technologies and services. Operating as a trusted advisor to member executives, the Executive Partner will not only ensure we exceed member’s expectations of current engagements but also surface additional revenue cycle needs and new business opportunities. Further, this individual will help advise the RCS product management and development team in their development of leading-edge product and solution capabilities to serve the broad revenue cycle needs of large, complex health care institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Cultivation of strong relationships
  • Cultivate close working relationships with healthcare system CFOs, VPs of Finance, Revenue Cycle administrators, end users, and other key influencers to become trusted advisor on revenue cycle initiatives
  • Serve as "Solutions Architect", matching member needs and capabilities with our solution set to establish a vision for partnership that achieves member's goals and objectives

Quality management and coordination of internal delivery resources
  • Manage service, delivery, and sales coordination across various solutions with ultimate accountability to ensure strong member utilization, results, and satisfaction
  • Participate in strategic on site presentations with end users and executives to ensure success and deepen relationship through proven impact
  • Lead regular business reviews and provides status reports to members to increase visibility into results and build business case for expanded partnership
  • Direct a team of dedicated advisors to address the specific needs of each member. Provide direction and coaching to ensure engagements remain within specified scope, on time and are profitable (based on margin expectations).
Market intelligence and strategic product insights
  • Serve as an expert on our portfolio of offerings and provide leadership team with insights from market around unmet client needs for potential new offerings
  • Share competitive feedback to improve solution development, inform differentiation, and evolve go-to market strategy
  • Support on-going team development and process improvement to support broader Revenue Cycle Solutions vision, mission, values, and objectives
Account growth
  • Through delivery-based interactions with executives, surface additional revenue cycle needs and new business opportunities
  • Partner with Strategic Account Marketer and Revenue Cycle Solutions Executive Leadership to identify devise campaigns to introduce RCS technologies and services to existing members


Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time (valid driver’s license)
  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    • Strategic account management
    • New business development
    • Management consulting
    • Revenue cycle terrain
    • Healthcare operations
    • Technology implementation and/or delivery management
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Services Management
  • Demonstrated track record of solving complex strategic, clinical, financial and/or operational issues for senior executives at healthcare (provider-side) clients
  • Business development or consultative sales experience in a professional services environment
    • A high level of intelligence, strategic, analytical and conceptual skills; and a practical approach to problem solving and business growth
    • Ability to conduct executive level presentations and facilitate group discussions
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, to navigate matrix organizations, and balance competing priorities
