Executive Producer

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead a new key production group in Redwood Shores, CA. This person will lead the overall production of an unannounced title across a variety of next-gen HD platforms and will be responsible for delivering products which meet time, budget and quality requirements. They will also work closely with their marketing partners to ensure close ties to the consumers

Responsibilities Include:
Creative center and overall vision for the game: EP's are experts in the given subject matter and help to motivate and empower creative talent on the team to execute on that vision.

Timely delivery of the game: EP's ensure proper schedules and drive/track the team’s progress towards milestones and gate reviews.

Health of the team: This person ensures everyone is motivated, that the right people are added to the team at the right time, and partner with HR/Recruitment on any staffing needs.

Partnership with Marketing and PR organizations: EP's ensure close ties are created and maintained with their consumers throughout development and launch of the games.

Collaboration with the Label executive team: EP's communicate regularly with Label executives, discussing/addressing the project objectives and progress towards milestone achievements.

A strong passion for gaming, especially console development

Strong industry experience with 6+ years producing games, and 3+ years in a senior leadership role

A track record of delivering multiple high-quality entertainment experiences

Expert communication and presentation skills

Clear views of the current market trends and consumer demographics

Ability to communicate an ambitious vision and creative center for a product, and recruit people to that vision

Deep knowledge of the issues in developing games on multiple platforms, including PC, mobile, and social

Proven management experience directing multiple disciplines
