Spark Productions, the video production division of McMurry/TMG, specializes in video content for the web, experiential environments, mobile devices, corporate communications, and broadcast.
We’re seeking a visionary, experienced producer able to effectively lead teams and leverage organizational and communication skills to establish and maintain high-level relationships with new and existing clients. In collaboration with the Director of Production, you will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and on budget. As a content creator, you will inform and shape the creative development of content marketing initiatives that include video as the lead component. You’ll develop compelling content and accompanying strategies that align with business goals and engage audiences. These strategies will result in smart, authentic, and inspiring content-rich customer experiences.
You will hire and manage supporting team members on a permanent or freelance basis, develop new systems to address evolving video production needs, and leverage existing systems and processes to support the day-to-day activities required for exceeding client expectations.
You have a Bachelor degree in Communications, TV/Film or Video Production/Post, and a minimum of 5 years production and post-production experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for organizational management are a must. You will have experience on HD video and graphics projects, an understanding of digital formats, and a proactive and assertive approach. Skill set must include: budgeting, scheduling, problem solving under tight deadlines, superior self direction, and the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced, highly changing environment.
In this position, you will:
o Conceive and develop video content marketing solutions for new and existing clients
o Manage project teams
o Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of a projects lifespan
o Contribute to the evolution as well as ongoing maintenance of databases, systems and procedures, independent contractor information and vendor resources
o Actualize projects and report outcome to Senior Management
