Real Estate Executive Assistant/Office Manager Premier Relocation is currently seeking a dynamic Executive Real Estate Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team. Premier is the only full-service real estate resource in the Chicagoland area that specializes in providing comprehensive housing solutions for each individual client. Our team of licensed realtors and consultants offer an extensive array of real estate and relocation services, many exclusive to Premier. Our exceptional client roster, including corporate executives, movie stars, and professional athletes, is indicative of our ability to provide specialized and superior client service. Scope of Role The Real Estate Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be an integral part of our team who will have the following responsibilities: Manage the office (i.e.: order supplies, oversee computers, answer phones, manage time sensitive emails & calendar for owner, etc.) Anticipate owners needs and go beyond a traditional support role to become actively involved in the business Assume front line position and provide superb customer service to high level client base including problem resolution, appointment scheduling, and property identification Attend client meetings, list properties on MLS, manage virtual showings, do showings as necessary, hold open houses Interact with other brokers Handle personal errands for owner Manage own clients for select properties if desired Be available for evening and weekend if necessary
Required QualificationsWe are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: Valid Illinois real estate license Experience as assistant to broker/President of Company Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a genuine commitment to help us exceed client expectations. College degree (strongly preferred) Expertise in Microsoft Office and various real estate software tools Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Outstanding organizational, administrative and management skills Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion required Flexibility for overtime, weekends and change in hours (Hours are M-F, 8:45-6:15, with some weekends and evenings) Have own car for transportation To apply please email your resume and cover letter to (no phone calls please): sminer@premier-relocation.com.
