This position provides high level administrative support to a Vice President or System Vice President, including preparation of presentation materials (may include Board presentation materials) and other documents such as correspondence, reports, and spreadsheet applications. He/She provides project support as determined appropriate. Minimum Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High School with advanced studies in business and related fields of study.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint); demonstrated business communications skills (oral and written), including grammar and punctuation. Proven composition skills to compose business memos and develop spreadsheets. Excellent customer service skills. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Kind & Length of Experience
