Job Details:
Perfoms office and clerical activities and provides comprehensive support for Administration. Ability to support 3 or more managers. Competent in Outlook, word processing and spreadsheet skills. Must be able to organize work flow, direct others, and have excellent personal communication skills.
Essential Job Outcomes & Functions Ability to accurately prepare correspondence and reports utilizing the computer and/or typewriter. Ability to transcribe from dictation and compose non-routine correspondence on own initiative. Ability to provide audio/visual (i.e. overheads) for presentations. Assure prompt handling of all telephone calls and telephone requests, and assure the accurate recording of information for the staff to respond to request(s). Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form. Must be able to submit all correspondence within the required time-frame. Must be organized, and have the ability to schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings/conferences. Collect and distribute mail in a timely manner, and in accordance with established department procedures. Offers to assist others when work is completed without being prompted.

Minimum Requirements / Work Experience Minimum 3-5 years advance secretarial experience supporting more than one manager/director/executive. Advanced expertise on various multiple software’s, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to type 55 WPM.

Education / Licensure / Certification High school diploma or equivalent 2 years college or demonstrated courses in secretarial/business preferred.
