Support primarily the Vice President, Automotive Refinish - Americas, Global Finance Director, Automotive Refinish - Americas, Global Director, Automotive Refinish Supply Chain' and Global Technical Director, Refinish on an as-needed basis. Specific responsibilities include:
Manage/drive calendar for VP of Automotive Refinish including contact list updates.
Assist in Refinish Talent Review preparation.
Assists in preparation/publishing of Business Strategy Review presentations by creating, editing, proofing, and formatting books and slides, duplicating and distributing documents by stated due dates.
Arranges internal/external meetings and events (including catering/Workspeed/Live Meeting/conferencing).
Arrange foreign/domestic travel via commercial airline or company plane; process visa and passport requests and Concur (expense) reports for VP, Director of Finance, Director of Supply Chain and Global Operations Director.
Coordinate contract approval process, maintain hard copy files for VP.
Coordinate process/distribution of Supply Chain Monthly Operations Reports.
Order supplies as requested for various groups
Administrator of Supply Chain SharePoint Website.
Handle special projects as requested
Set up all monthly report due dates for Finance Monthly reports.
Distribute mail, Federal Express, locally and internationally. Ensure that Import/Export Compliance packages are handled properly and necessary paperwork is completed.
Purchase office supplies, cell phones and PC equipment
Process invoices and reconcile transactions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior management or executive staff is required.
Must be capable of handling a multitude of activities and driving to completion independently.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and be comfortable working with people at all levels.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
