Duties:
Provide a broad range of administrative and technical support to the Division General Manager (GM), Business Office, and Division Senior Staff. Perform tasks requiring leadership, judgment, discretion, and initiative. Administrative responsibilities include functioning as an e-Time Functional Time Administrator (FTA); arranging travel and process expense reports; managing Division’s Aerolink; tracking Division’s action items and awards; compiling and distributing Division’s Monthly Highlights; communicating instructions to management and staff; ensuring urgent communications and actions are identified and given appropriate attention; screening and prioritizing telephone calls, visitors, and mail/e-mail; generating required SAP reports; managing GM’s calendar; managing logistics related to meetings for the GM; coordinating, developing and editing correspondences, reports, and briefings; coordinating Division secretarial tasking, allocation, and assignment, especially during secretarial absences; holding periodic Division secretarial meetings to discuss policy and practices, and other items of interest to the secretarial staff.

Qualifications:
Ten or more years of administrative or related experience. High School Diploma, GED equivalent or vocational training required. Demonstrated proficiency in office computer systems and a wide array of applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, e-forms, e-Time, and AeroLink is preferred. Superior documentation (briefing charts, reports, and letters) preparation skills using office-computing software (word processing, spreadsheet, graphics) in concert with excellent grammar and accuracy required. Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and organizations. Demonstrated skills in office organization, scheduling, communications, judgment, dependability, initiative, and attention to detail are essential. Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines and perform tasks simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to successfully create and maintain a team environment with all levels of Aerospace employees. Current SBI preferred or ability to obtain an SBI is required.
