Salary range: $36,678 to $46,252
Reporting to the VP of Special Projects and VP of Management and Administration, the Executive Secretary, using independent judgment to set priorities, and adjusting as necessary to assure deadlines and goals are met, provides accurate, timely and effective executive secretarial functions for assigned NuRoots professionals. Meets regularly with supervisors and other relevant departmental staff.
Evaluate workload to determine best procedure to follow. Responsible for maintaining current lists and FR100 donor files. Manage multiple calendars and information to set up meetings and events. Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls. Manage daily contact with donors. Work with and coordinate volunteers. Do electronic filing, dictation, and budget related tabulations. Conduct research and draft written materials on issues related to EJF programs. Maintain overall project related calendars and administration and pitch in with special projects.
Other duties may be assigned as needed, including assisting with the Campaign.
Education, Skill and Experience Requirements
Graduation from high school. Experience conducting research and professional communication with constituents/clients. Current working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Excel and Word.. Must be organized and able to manage time extremely well; thorough knowledge of business English and grammar; excellent communicator; extremely flexible; type 60 WPM - dictation 80 WPM.
