Job Title: Executive Assistant
Department: Tides Enterprises
Summary - Assist with files, orders, and correspondences, while providing essential office duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following. – (Other duties may be assigned)
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
 Composes and types routine correspondence.
 Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer.
 Developing and maintaining relationships with warehouses and carriers.
 Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
 Ability to answer multi-phone lines.
 Knowledgeable of QuickBooks and have the ability to update and maneuver information.
 Develop and maintain relationships with warehouses and carriers for shipping and storage purposes.

Education and/or Experience -
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills -
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills -
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability -
Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills -
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
