We are looking for Executive Sous Chef & Sous Chefs who have proven results working in a high volume establishment, a willingness to learn our systems and contribute to developing them further and an ability to be an Executive Chefs right hand man/woman. Formal training as a chef and a solid work history in established upscale high-volume restaurants is required.
