The Zumba instructor will demonstrate the ability to safely and competently teach zumba classes, adjusting degree of difficulty to the physical abilities of participants and providing alternative exercises to meet employee needs. He/She will maintain a pleasant class format and select work appropriate music. He/she will continually ensure employees are using proper technique to avoid injury and have the ability to provide care in the event of an emergency situation.
Minimum Requirements / Work Experience
Education in health field preferred
Experience in a health fitness program
Zumba instructor certification
Commitment to a healthy lifestyle as a model for clients and staff
Excellent communication and public-relations skills
