Responsible for the coordination and implementation of all activities necessary to ensure the prompt expediting of all shipments in order to secure the quality and timely delivery of material in line with customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor and update Back Log reports to ensure shipments are processed in a timely fashion for end of month closing.
· Deal directly with customers and/or suppliers on order requirements to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of material.
· Prepare the final documentation after confirming shipments are on route.
· Identify problem areas and initiate or recommend corrective action to the appropriate parties.
· Immediately address customer concerns and follow-up on issues when appropriate to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
· Proactively conduct strategic reviews of all scheduled shipments and requirements in order to meet or exceed customer expectations on a regular basis and to review service needs and usage trends.
· Assist the Product Management team with special projects or assignments as needed.
· Additional duties may be assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
1-3 year’s relevant work experience.
Logistics and/or operations experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Relevant industry experience.
Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
Experience in working with ORACLE, SAP or other similar software platform.
Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings.
