Our Experience Leads take on some of our largest, most challenging, complex and innovative projects for some of the best brands in the world. They run our larger projects while overseeing and inspiring a UX support team. The UX lead partners closely with creative leads to ensure we create innovative experiences that improve the way our clients do business. As an Experience Lead on the creative team, you ’ll be in the unique position to shape your projects from both a macro and micro level and shepherd our relationships with our clients.
You will be able to mentor junior members of the team, play a strong role in selecting additional members of the department and help shape the future of digital shopping. We ’re not interested in best practices – we want a visionary who will push the boundaries. You will be responsible for driving innovation on all your projects and will craft and communicate a compelling story to our clients that sells in the team ’s best ideas. Strong attention to detail, as well as a firm, holistic understanding of the entire project is required. In addition, you will have a direct impact with our clients and defining the next generation of UX within Fluid. And again) About You: You understand the established design patterns and best practices, yet you have the vision and capability to adapt and create design solutions for a client ’s unique brand and business needs.
You obsess until you ’ve created intuitive navigation, site maps and user flows. You might even love defining taxonomies and metadata models. You can design for different technologies, including AJAX and Flash. You love a challenge from your team and your clients.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience Deep experience in transactional design Self-starter who is user-focused, detail and solutions oriented An ability to be both visionary and hands on when needed Written and verbal skills to be reckoned with Successful track record of leading complex projects and inspiring junior designers An ability to work closely with our clients: brainstorming, work-shopping, partnering to provide strategic business insight and presenting to our most senior clients Bachelor°s or Master°s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
