Guaranty Bank is seeking and Administrative Assistant for our Operations team! This individual in this role performs administrative office responsibilities, coordinates necessary travel including flights, hotels, and/or rental vehicles, plans upcoming meeting and social events, and assists in the management of daily departmental operations as needed. This position reports to the SVP of Operations and IT.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Supports office and management staff with administrative duties such as filling, mailings, letters, and preparation of presentations.
Answer and direct calls as appropriate.
Greet and direct visitors as appropriate.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, or lunches for the Operations leadership team and other business leaders as needed.
Manage calendars,meeting requests and coordinate travel arrangements for flights, car rentals, and hotels.
Work with external travel agents to ensure best possible deal for travel arrangements.
Regularly update phone and regional directories for all retail staff.
Manage supplies for Operations team on an as needed basis.
Coordinate special events for the Operations team and any associated sales staff by locating venue, sending invitations, and ensuring follow up from those invited.
Send out Operation team communications as needed.
Responsible for compiling and analyzing data used for reporting purposes to the senior leadership team.

Required Level of Education
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Required Minimum Years of Experience
5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role supporting multiple managers.
Additional Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
Individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail including the ability to organization data and communicate results effectively to others.
Advanced skills in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Access.
