Endeavor is looking for contract partners across all of our service areas for the completion of installation and service field events. If you are a responsible professional interested in increasing revenue, expanding your business and no cost expense increases in your work volume, Endeavor receives thousands of work requests weekly that your company could be completing. If you provide services for residential and commercial intrusion detection systems, video technology systems (cctv), access control and most all other low voltage technologies, Endeavor has an opportunity for your company to partner with the industry's leader in contract field services.

Responsibilities include:
•Ensure maintenance and hold safe all assigned equipment to include inventory materials/equipment and fleet vehicle service schedules where applicable
•Participate in provided, prescribed training for performance improvement, introductions to new equipment or skills and process improvement practices
•Perform all service and installation activities assigned in compliance with all local/state laws and regulations, and in accordance with company provided installation standards
•Perform company assigned activities to meet corporate goals of customer satisfaction, event time on site, monthly installation/service quotas and other company directed metrics
•Work to quickly resolve any site issues to include following directed escalation procedures in a timely, professional manner
•Being prompt to scheduled appointments, arriving with all materials/equipment as prescribed by Company base tools, materials requirements as well as specially prescribed materials/tools on an individual event basis
•Independent and Adaptable -- Comfortable and efficient working without immediate supervision and adapts to rapidly changing business conditions and requests
•Manage and report Field Service tasks for process flow and operational efficiency as directed by Management and Operational directives
•Capable of conducting all aspects of assigned events in a professional, timely manner, conforming to instructed standards of attitude, conduct and interaction
