We arecurrently seeking an experienced Psychiatric Charge Nurse for the inpatient unit of our Seattle facility.

Our facility provides the highest quality patient care in response to the behavioral health care needs of our region. Services include short-term crisis stabilization for adults, adolescents, and children.

Job Description:
The Charge Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Charge Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. The Charge Nurse (RN) has supervisory responsibilities for Program Specialists. This position is full time evening Charge Nurse.

Required qualifications:
**A minimum of three (3) years experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility
**Currently licensed to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
