Edupoint Educational Systems, voted in 2013 as a "Top Companies to Work
For" is currently seeking an experienced User Interface Architect to join
our dynamic organization. This person will be responsible for creating new
functionality, respond to client issues, and incorporate new enhancements into
the Edupoint student information system product line.
§ Using the latest web technologies (.Net, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery) to design and
implement innovative new user experience for Edupoint suite of products.
§ Work closely with senior management to continuously design and implement new
User Interface designs.
§ Follow coding standards to meet guidelines created by Edupoint.
§ Thoroughly unit test code changes.
§ Participate in receiving and giving peer code reviews.
§ Mentor other developers as needed in the framework being designed as well
as, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, C#.
§ Provide feedback to management on status of job tasks:
a. Track high priority issues until client resolution is confirmed
b. Provide status updates to management on the major milestones of high
§ Deliver work needed on large development projects including the writing of
functional specification documents.
§Strong consistency and attention to detail.
§ Other duties as assigned.
§ A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the
industry is required. In addition, four years plus of development experience at
the advanced level is required.
