The ideal candidate for this job should have minimum 2 years experience as a licensed PMIC in the state of SC and must have a current license. Excellent customer service skills as well as multi-tasking capabilities and great organizational skills are a must for this one person office. Leadership skills with the ability to take initiative to complete projects as well as oversee maintenance and contractors is an imperative tool needed to complete this job.
