Expert Technical Support Engineer
AMDOCS Inc. – Alpharetta, GA
Participate in design meetings with system engineers in order to understand future application requirements. Develop activation engine packs used to activate services on mobile devices. Design and develop application templates. Maintain involvement in migration activities. Support network engineers in order to build and configure enterprise backbone network. Perform root cause analysis on issues related to customer configuration variables and core code. Formulate and implement procedures to provide timely deployment.
§ Master of Science in computer science or computer engineering and one year of telecommunications customer care software development experience or Bachelor of Science in computer science or computer engineering and five years of software development experience.
§ Must have experience with Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, JAXB, SAX & DOM parsers, Web Services, CVS, Visual Source Safe, Perforce, Oracle 11g, JDBC, Jxplorer, and Sun Solaris.
§ Must have communications related software development experience.
