Express Service Professional
Tourneau LLC, the world's largest watch retailer, is looking for an outstanding customer service associate to join our flagship location's service department team. Working directly under the supervision of the Service Department managers, this individual plays an important role as the initial point of contact for customers entering our service department.
Responsibilities may include, but may not be limited to:
- Greeting each arriving client and determine their needs
- Checking in clients to our queing system to be called when ready
- Ensuring smooth flow of clients in the service department and proper assignment of a service professional
- Assisting in calling customers for repair pick up
- Helping with checking in new accessories orders
- Standing in for service professionals when needed
- Completing additional back office clerical duties
The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of retail experience preferably selling luxury products.
