Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides external wholesaling/marketing services to specified accounts/territories in the Western Zone of the country, supporting all size markets.
Drives Accident and Health product sales (Critical Illness, Group Accident, etc.) by promoting products to the Group, Voluntary & Worksite Sales organization, as well as within the Market Specialist Organization.
Partners with the sales force to deliver training, identify prospects, and attend strategic broker, prospect, and customer meetings to meet product sales goals. Builds and maintains strong relationships and foster sales growth.
Functional Responsibilities;

Attend strategic sales meetings

Drive Accident and Health product sales within assigned accounts/territory.

May assist with developing business plans, producer training, prospecting support and point of sale work.

Serve as product expert for new Third Party Relationships.

May conduct product training and product sales seminars.

Identify customers/client’s needs and available resources to support planned sales activity.

Focus on both new sales and growing participation within existing accounts.

Performs duties as assigned or required by National Sales Director.

Supervisory Responsibilities ;


Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience

3-5 years previous experience successfully selling and servicing related products.

Life, Accident and Health state licenses required within six months of start date.
