The Assistant Manager oversees all facets in the food and beverage outlets/operation. The assistant manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff. The assistant manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and discipli ning of the staff.
We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, cocktail & beverage lists, merchandising, and accounting. Applicants are required to have up to one year previous employment in a related position. A college degree is preferred. Prior union experience is beneficial.
