This is a posting for a part time position. This is an Office & Technical hourly role with a predominantly 3rd shift start time. Manage inventory and maintain appropriate product levels determined by the projected Business needs. Confirm accuracy and quality compliance of all deliveries through verification, reconciliation, inspection and adherence to WDW Food Safety standards/HACCP. Facilitate the sourcing and research of products. Occasional heavy lifting may be required. Responsible for the accurate and efficient payment of all invoices. Partner with WDW Sourcing & Procurement, Warehousing and Delivery operations. Provide high degree of service levels to the Chefs/ Leaders within the Area.
Basic Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn or acquire new and advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence and network
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated strong Customer/Guest Service skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Demonstrated accountability with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting
  • Ability to be flexible with work schedule (including 3rd shift)
  • Possess a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proven familiarity with computer programs

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior Food & Beverage experience
  • Demonstrated property knowledge
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and WDW Food Safety Standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current WDW Food & Beverage Inventory management systems
  • Prior Inventory management experience

Preferred Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Required Education
  • High school degree or equivalent
