The main responsibility to maintain sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the food & beverage department. Work closely with the Sales Department to fulfill the objectives of increased sales in the areas of group sales, corporate clients, banquets and meetings. This person must have the ability to ensure that each guest receives consistent services and products. Must ensure at all times that the standards set by the hotel are met. This person must have at least 2 years food and beverage industry experience. Hotel experience is a plus.
