Perform facility assignment functions for service orders
Assist outside plant employees with cable assignment and troubles
Post Frontier applications and cable records
Prepare and post line re-association
Interact with other departments to attain company service objectives
Be an active part of an overall team to provide the highest quality service to external and internal customers
Use necessary systems to determine potential troubles as well as customer reported troubles and report these conditions to the proper department/person
Review action taken on troubles to ensure ticket was properly routed, trouble corrected, and commitment met
Perform switch provisioning for orders and trouble tickets
Must possess good judgment, be able to make decisions and maintain a professional image
Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and accept criticism while always maintaining professional and courteous manners.
Must support and participate in promotion of Frontier products and services
Perform other duties as assigned.
Typing, keyboard and computer skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be willing to work evenings (depending on tour selection), weekends and holidays
Must be willing to work overtime and extra hours during emergencies
Strong organizational skills
PC literacy in windows based applications
High School graduate or equivalent
Schedules will vary. If tour includes a weekend to work, you will get a day(s) off during the week to make up for that weekend shift. Our office hours are: Mon-Fri 6am to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday 6am to 7pm.
