has an opening for a Facilities Coordinator. This position is responsible for
coordinating and managing maintenance requests such as, but not limited to, ensuring the optimal function of building systems (HVAC, Utilities and Life Safety), daily ownership of office and common space maintenance and enhancements.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
Perform conference set-ups including audio visual equipment
Assist with coordination of weekly personnel relocations
Assist with the coordination of maintenance request with the building personnel
Assist with relocation of records file boxes during quarterly purges
Perform personnel file shifts
Perform all light maintenance requests to include: picture hanging, furniture relocation and minor furniture repair
The incumbent in this position should possess at least a High School Diploma,
preferably with some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Please note, must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
