Location of Position: Brooklyn/Staten Island
Title of Position: FACILITIES MANAGER
Full Responsibility for all maintenance functions as well as the supervision of several Maintenance Superintendents, Handymen and Porters. Ensure that all work orders are completed in a satisfactory manner. Take monthly inventories and submit material requisitions and quotes to the Director of Operations for review. Supervise work done by contractors, as applicable. Conduct monthly inspections of all buildings in assigned portfolio. Work with Property Manager and Director of Operations to develop budget and monthly expense analysis. On-call duties will be required.
Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following certificates / licenses:
Must have at least 5 years of property maintenance experience
Experience and/or familiarity with all trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, landscaping and snow removal.
Must have NYC violation removal experience
MUST have a vehicle and current driver’s license
Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Anticipated Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
