The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategic and tactical direction of marketing projects in the sales branches through the support, coordination and communication. Field Marketing is the link between Sales and Marketing, modeling the sales process, presenting from the branches point of view, and uniquely branding themselves as the messenger in the Enterprise Sales/Marketing organization.

This position is accountable for implementing a methodological approach to 1) probing to understand and responding to root problems in the sales branch 2) prescribing marketing activities needed and gaining necessary buy in and 3) communication and promoting Marketing activities 4) tracking results and effectively communicating outcomes.

TACTICS include : §

Use of Sales Vocabulary (Miller Heiman Selling techniques, specifically conceptual selling for use in preparing for meeting) §

Understanding of all current marketing programs §

Use of Power Messaging to communicate WIFM for director and branch §

Project and Event Management

Works closely with other organizations to ensure program execution, capability and timeliness. Organizations include: Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing, , Corporate Communications, Procurement, Legal, and Training.

Basic Qualifications: 5-7 years proven results delivery track record in Marketing 4 year degree in Business or equivalent experience is required.

Proven ability to work effectively in teams and independently; strong organizational and project management abilities, strong analytical and critical thinking and innovative problem solving skills.

Requires strong work ethic, ability to work independently and strategically on complex, long-term projects.

Strong interpersonal skills are required to help with communication, team support and team effectiveness

Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce CRM , Experience executing & managing one or more of the following: -Integrated marketing programs using online and social marketing tactics, experience managing events, Knowledge of telecom industry,
