*****Enterprise Data Governance Service and Knowledge Management Analyst*****

Job Description

The Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) Service and Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for providing a central point of contact for EDG regarding the communication, education, process and program infrastructure development. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the development, execution and coordination of EDG communication and education strategies/ plans, program process development and documentation.
Responsibilities

The responsibilities include but are not limited to: â
?¢ Will be responsible for planning, executing and monitoring communication and education strategies that align with Enterprise Data Governance objectives, tactics and priorities. â
?¢ Work with other members of the EDG team as well as execution partners to design and document interaction and process models â
?¢ Develop, maintain and support the office infrastructure needed to allow for EDG internal and external performance reporting. â
?¢ Develop / coordinate / execute communication messages â
?¢ Coordinate communication calendars with internal and external communication groups â
?¢ Integrate data management communication vehicles â
?¢ Develop / execute / monitor data management education â
?¢ Work with Enterprise Data Governance Manager to coordinate office activities â
?¢ Record and document Enterprise Data Governance policy and procedures
Qualifications â
?¢ Superior written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as technical expertise â
?¢ Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills â
?¢ Proficiency in MS Office suite including Visio and Powerpoint â
?¢ Knowledge of Sharepoint and other document management tools â
?¢ Solid web communications skills (developing content and functionality requirements for a self service environment) â
?¢ Experience in business process modeling methodologies including use-case scenario modeling â
?¢ Must be customer oriented and recognize the importance of customer service and meeting service level commitments â
?¢ Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences â
?¢ Ability to prioritize and execute tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction â
?¢ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment â
?¢ Ability to multi-task and function well independently â
?¢ Proven track record of delivering exceptional results over an extended period of time â
?¢ Good decision making skills with ability to recognize when to escalate questions/issues
