Job Description:
Title: FT Retail Support Representative (Bilingual)
Location: Charleston, WV

Responsibilities:
The Retail Support Representative provides a high level
of service to all Ticket Centers.
  • Responsible for supporting and assisting Ticket
Centers through: telephone customer service, answering
questions and problem-solving, developing professional
relationships with store personnel and recommending
supplemental training as necessary.
  • Duties also include handling customer complaints and
problems, completing various daily office tasks,
including reconciliation of ticket stock, working with
general reports and monitoring ticket center progress.
  • Other essential office duties may include
filing/sorting incoming mail, resolving problems as well
as the general monitoring and reporting of Ticket Center
activities while making sure TM standards are in effect.
  • Will perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ticketmaster Customer Service experience is a plus, but
is not a must. All applicants should have strong
communication and organizational skills, have excellent
telephone etiquette, and must be detail-oriented and
self-motivated; also speaking Spanish fluently for
purposes of translation and support preferred, but not a
requirement. Successful applicant will have retail
experience combined with the ability to perform in a
fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of Microsoft
software programs is helpful. Successful candidate
should have the ability to accommodate a flexible
schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
