An accounting or finance degree with a minimum of 5 year’s experience and knowledge of Datafaction and Imaging is required to be considered.

Fast-paced business management firm in Beverly Hills seeks experienced bookkeeper looking for a long-term position. Candidate will be mature, driven, very positive, and reliable with excellent organization and communication skills (both orally and in writing) with a neat/professional appearance. Must have ability to multi-task a demanding desk load and work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and professional follow-through is MANDATORY.

Our ideal candidate will be able to master the following duties:

  • A/P management
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Month/Year end Reporting
  • Strong knowledge of debit/credit double entry system
  • Year end processing/1099 prep
