We are a small, established Oil & Gas Company in Hurst.

The ideal candidate MUST possess the following capabilities:

Minimum 3 years Accounting experience
Must have excellent knowledge of Quickbooks
Must have superb verbal and written communications skills
Must have good problem solving & decision making skills
Must be highly organized, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude
Ability to work well both with groups and independently
Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time with limited supervision
Oil & Gas experience a plus (Sherware a plus)

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Account Payables/Account Receivables
Tax Preparation
Quarterly Payroll Taxes
Month End Close
Daily general ledger and journal entries
All balance sheet reconciliation.
Preparing month end balance sheet review and reconciling any differences
Posting JIB Invoices from drillers
Posting all monies received from investors
Posting revenue checks for disbursement to investors

We offer medical & dental insurance after 60 days.
