The Facilitator will report directly to the VP of Human Resources. Will be responsible for assisting Work Groups (departments) and cross-departmental Action Groups in the organization to identify and establish priorities, research information, and implement ideas to positively impact quality and productivity, and reduce costs. SKILLS: The Facilitator must have a positive attitude toward people and life; Ability to listen - truly listen; Ability to clearly, simply, and concisely communicate an idea verbally and/or in writing; Ability to create environment for others to accomplish their goals effectively; Diplomacy, patience and tact in presentation of information, feedback, ideas, comments, etc; Ability to teach and enjoy the art of teaching; Ability to empathize versus sympathize; Ability to coach others and model appropriate behavior; Good public speaking skills. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of seven 7 years experience in supervisory or management positions.

Experience in the healthcare industry helpful, though not required. Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship aptitude. Ability to create effective interpersonal relationships with all levels of people. Ability to work with little supervision, and he held accountable for one's efforts.
