The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing facility related projects as assigned, including construction, repairs, equipment purchases, signage, and environmental needs. This position will also help coordinate activities of project team, identify appropriate resources needed, track related costs, and act as a liason between sites, landlords, and contractors.

Detailed Description
·
Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
·
Develop project plans as assigned and associated communications documents.
·
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
·
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
·
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
·
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
·
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
·
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
·
Plan and schedule project time lines and milestones using appropriate tools.
·
Track project milestones and deliverables.
·
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
·
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
3 - 5 years construction project management
EDUCATION:
Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
·
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
·
Proficiency in MS Office (Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
·
Proven ability to oversee processes to achieve objectives.
·
Ability to build strong business relationships with other functional areas to best support mutual objectives.
·
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze work flow/processes in order to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
·
Interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills, as well as strong human relations skills to supervise and develop assigned employees.
·
Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
·
Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
·
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
