This role is responsible for management of all repair/maintenance projects for approximately 430 corporate locations.
Primary Accountabilities: Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following.
Receives all maintenance calls from his/her assigned
region of approximately 430 stores, enters all maintenance requests into the facility maintenance database to insure accurate reporting and completion all of
Coordinates all work with outside vendors; negotiates labor rates and material costs, obtains multiple quotes for further approval and verifies completion of work.
Reviews and approves all work and various repair/replacement vendor invoices up to $500.
Maintains vendor database by researching various vendors and qualifying them to be an approved Aaron’s vendor
Services as an Emergency contact person for store maintenance emergencies
Background / Experience / Education:
3 years of experience in Shopping Center Management / Facilities Management
High School Diploma, some college
Knowledge of mechanical systems; HVAC /Electrical certification is a plus
