Facilities Coordinator - REA0002


This role is responsible for management of all repair/maintenance projects for approximately 430 corporate locations.

Primary Accountabilities: Primary accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following.

Receives all maintenance calls from his/her assigned region of approximately 430 stores, enters all maintenance requests into the facility maintenance database to insure accurate reporting and completion all of maintenance issues. Coordinates all work with outside vendors; negotiates labor rates and material costs, obtains multiple quotes for further approval and verifies completion of work.

Reviews and approves all work and various repair/replacement vendor invoices up to $500.

Maintains vendor database by researching various vendors and qualifying them to be an approved Aaron’s vendor

Services as an Emergency contact person for store maintenance emergencies
Background / Experience / Education:

3 years of experience in Shopping Center Management / Facilities Management

High School Diploma, some college
Required Skills:

Knowledge of mechanical systems; HVAC /Electrical certification is a plus
