The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing Facilities programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Facilities Coordinator is also responsible for performing tasks relating to maintenance of company facilities. This position will work closely with all levels of Facilities and clients to ensure services delivered meet expectations.
Overview of Responsibilities
Work in cross-functional teams to create services that support Companies business needs and client expectations.
Perform day-to-day repairs
Conference room support, meeting and events support
Manage internal SLA’s and SOW’s to ensure Facilities Services are consistent with requirements
Report on key operational performance standards and determine whether services are being delivered at or near optimum levels.
Develop efficient processes, as part of an overall Facilities strategy, to achieve optimum standards; recommend process and technological enhancements to improve service and efficiencies
Manages multiple projects and meet critical deadlines across functions and departments
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
Set up and operate all tools and equipment necessary to perform assigned work
Receive work orders for corrective repair work on a variety of building physical structures, equipment, and system components. Order the necessary materials to complete all necessary repairs. Finalize work orders by completing necessary paperwork
Participate in moving and/or installing furniture for office relocations
Receiving and distributing incoming packages and mail, shipping outgoing packages and mail
Acting as liaison between event owner and all internal departments in order to support events on campus
Responsible for on-site event coordination the day of each event; receiving catering, scheduling necessary janitorial, security, etc.

General Job Requirements and Skills Needed
Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
Related experience in Facilities Services or a vendor management role
Team player with flexibility, high energy, and a sense of humor
Ability to execute successfully in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Problem solving and analytical skills combined with strong business judgment
Proficient with budget preparation and financial analysis of projects
