Provide project and process
engineering support for the maintenance and improvement of the process equipment
associated with the safe and efficient production of crude oil and natural
gas. All engineering must be
performed in accordance with the federal, state, and county regulatory
requirements applicable to offshore and onshore facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsible for the
development and execution of project work .
- Perform economic evaluations and
justification of project alternatives.
- Develop, review, and approve
project scope of work.
- Perform engineering calculations
for equipment sizing and selection.
- Develop capital and maintenance
- Generate and present facility
updates to the project partner representatives.
- Provide start-up assistance for
new process systems.
- Troubleshoot process problems
per Operations request.
- Responsible for communication to
federal, state, and county agencies.
- Make presentations
to management and partners as required.
degree in petroleum or chemical engineering required.
minimum of 5 years of
chemical, oil production, refining, or process plant engineering required, preferably in the oil and gas industry,
with a technical proficiency in all areas of facilities
be proficient in use of PC's (IBM compatible) and Microsoft Office.
