Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Mantenance/Facility Engineer opening to join our Manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do

High performance candidate with experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Equipment reliability improvements (optimize predictive and preventative tasks)
Evaluate, implement and lead improvements to facility infrastructure and equipment: Boilers, electrical power distribution, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC systems, building and grounds.
Coordinate and plan work for a 2.0 million square feet facility including preventative maintenance on critical facilities equipment.
Lead MRO inventory reduction and standardization
Provide engineering services for a day-to-day operation and trouble shooting of facility and plant equipment.
Create and implement strategies to support Master Factory Plan and new product platforms
Support safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvement initiatives
Determining root cause of problems and implementing corrective & preventative actions
Performing Lean Sigma project work, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodology throughout area of responsibility
Division administrator for SAP Plant Maintenance Module
What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
3 years related experience including experience in Lean Manufacturing Methods.
Project management experience.
PC proficiency utilizing MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and SAP-Plant Maintenance Module.
Strong communication skills
Self starter that will bring forth ideas and initiatives for process and facility improvements.
Understanding of 480vac and 120vac power distribution system
Ability to interpret and apply the N.E.C. and other state and local codes
Communication and support to 24-hour / day assembly processes
Proven leadership ability, excellent communicator, confidence inspirer, and self motivator
Experience with steam boilers, electrical power distribution, cooling towers, closed loop systems and compressed air systems desired
Demonstrated technical excellence
