The Facilities Manager directs the maintenance and repair of all NBU structures, facilities, grounds, and equipment.
The incumbent also manages and oversees all team members and operations in the Facilities Management division. Manages, coordinates and directs all contracts providing operation and maintenance services at NBU facilities.
The Facilities Manager performs routine inspections of all NBU facilities to determine corrective maintenance requirements and effectiveness of preventative maintenance work and maintains a preventative maintenance plan for all NBU facilities.
The Facilities Manager manages, organizes and directs the acquisition, maintenance and disposal of the transportation and construction equipment fleet. Assures the fleet is safe, reliable and efficiently performs all operations required by NBU.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for operating and maintaining all of NBU’s security and communication systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Planning, or a related field is required.
- Two years of experience in Fleet/ Facilities Management is required.
- Five years of supervisory experience is required.
- A valid Texas Driver’s License is required to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
