PVCC seeks a Facilities Manager to direct the operations of the Facilities Department. Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the Facilities Manager supervises building maintenance, grounds maintenance, and custodial operations and serves as the liaison between clients, building technicians, vendors, and contractors.

Minimum Qualifications
Experience administering budgets, Experience supervising staff, and training employees on policies and procedures,
Experience managing construction projects, Fluency in MS Office software, Knowledge regarding automated systems and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Construction, Civil Engineering, or other appropriate field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered, Significant work experience in facilities management.
