The Facilities Manager will manage our multiple locations in the US as well as coordination and oversight for our International locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, have previous personnel management experience and extensive facilities management experience.
Overall management of day-to-day operations, budget, & construction projects for all US and London facilities. Direct maintenance, repair and renovation of all offices.
First point of contact for building emergencies, communication to upper management, daily building operations, management of vendors, ensuring a secure and safe environment and maintaining facility floor plans, vacancy reports.
Develop and implement strategies to support the company’s green initiatives.
Budget, plan and ensure compliance with Federal, State and OSHA Regulations. Responsible for creating and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Focused on operational excellence, efficiencies, and cost savings.
Responsible for all aspects of office security systems including installation, maintenance, responding to emergencies and security calls on a 24-hour basis, and security logs reporting.
Responsible for all aspects of Employee Safety programs including but not limited to developing and maintaining emergency office safety plans, evacuation plans for all corporate offices, SF HQ floor warden functions
Responsible for all electrical and mechanical (HVAC) functions for all corporate offices
Responsible for office space planning and expansion projects, this function includes office build ups, general construction coordination, office moves, furniture selection and installation coordination
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines on multiple projects within a flexible, fast paced environment
Minimum of 7-10 years of facility management and construction project management experience.
Strong technical background including electrical, mechanical, HVAC experience
Experienced with AutoCAD, MS Office and facilities management software packages.
Experienced with office expansions, moves and new build ups
Experienced with vendor selection and ability to negotiate the most cost effective solutions for the corporate offices
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel (10-20%)
